Fragile

Beautiful things are always fragile
Glass is perfect
Clear
Useful
Versatile
It seems durable
Pristine or smeared with fingerprints
It holds
Double pain
No rain
Wind or similar can break it
Stronger than many things for sure
But pull it from its frame
Set it somewhere it was never meant to be
And the fall does the rest
But one simple
Strike
With
Precision
Can shatter the strongest crystalline structure
How can this be
We are only as strong as the frame that holds us
In the same way
Our bubble can be burst with a single jab
Despite this, we can endure
Beatings
Snow
Extreme heat
And life Tetris like no other organism
How can this all be true
Why do babies die
Why does war continue
Why does the earth spin
And light glides through spacetime.
Why ask why
The space to move is there
Just not always visible
So accept what you want
And don't sweat the small stuff
Shoot for anti-fragility
You can endure the big and small as long as you keep faith and keep the big yes's close to your heart
BIG DAY TODAY,
Jonah and friends
Wrote at rogers bay center while on hold with 2/10 rogers customer service - apparently you have to wait to pay them to cancel your plan - so i will have to call them again. Poor Rogers service agents - they can’t help really - tough job - paid on commission though…
I do think customer service is a severely overlooked addition to business - surely the ROI works out… look at apple, highest retail sales per sq ft - they have 20 agents or whatever in the store - makes sense - hey im gonna spend minimum 300 dollars all the way up to 4k… “let me help you do that immediately” - ah whatever, im just talking shit - never owned a business, just a poser haha
